My practice can include CBT & DBT.  

Participants are welcome to ask for instructions on how to use (my version) of EFT Tapping techniques as a somatic grounding tool.

 

As a Non-Binary Transman and Autistic parent, I bring lived experience to my practice, guided by trauma-informed care principles, human rights and social justice.

 

I will soon be opening a private practice in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne and will keep you updated. 

 

Prices: Counselling $180 per session.   NDIS prices may differ.  (NDIS participants must be Plan Managed).

Age group - 18+

 

  

Sessions will be in person unless a Zoom session is required.  

My main day of practice will be Saturdays & possibly Thursday mornings.
